Anyone having problems with the trackball sensitivity? I have played the the sensitivity levels but the trackball does not move smoothly it consistenly jumps around or does not move at all. Any help would be appreciated this is a new phone right out of the box having this problem.

with it being a new phone the most I would do is a master reset and if that doesnt work, exchange it.
