Activating 3G Microcell when ATT-elevate is the Internet connection.

The guide only shows connecting to a modem or a 'hard' internet connection. No instructions for using the AT&T Elevate Broadband dongle. Currently I have the MicroCell connected to the Network port on the computer and the computer port on the MicroCell and while I can get the GPS light solid, the 3G continues to flash. Also the Progress bar on the activation site never shows any progress. Would appreciate some guidance as this is critical to my work. Thanks,

I don't think you can use anything other than a hard wired connection.
