hi.

 

I live in Brazil and bought a Motorola Q9h uses USA, when I received the phone, I noticed that it is locked to AT & T / USA. please send me the code of subsidies so that I can use the phone with TIM / Brazil. thanks.

You will probably have to call them to get the code, 1800 331 0500. You can also try chatting but I think you will need a phone number to be able to chat.
