Hi,

 

I purchased an iphone 4 from Dubai and now moved to Australia. I came to relaise that the phone is locked to AT&T. How can I unlock it?

Did you use it in Dubai?  Then it's not a locked iPhone because AT&T wireless service is primarily in the US.
