Help Please! I don't understand!

I am so confused, I have an Iphone and I did that Bill cycle thing and I have an Overage of 15.7, what does that mean? Also I have unlimited texting, since it says Messagining: __ of Unlimted, so did I go over something? Since I also got a text message saying I'v ysed 100% of my data plan allowance, Help! Can someone explain what this all means?

Are you sure you have an unlimited plan? You're probably going to want to contact with att to get them to check what you really have.
