Ordering and Activations

We submitted the proper notarized paperwork to have one of our telephone business numbers transferred on 2-9-12 and when we did not hear back we sent a faxed follow up letter to inquire that was on 2-27-12 still no response.  I sent another faxed request for contact to complete this order yesterday 4-10-12 and guess what no response. 

I have the rep's name but of course no phone number to contact her directly just a fax number.  Can someone please call me so we can get this completed?
