I am tasked with backing up our information for a work order that we completed. The work was performed for about half the year, and I want to see if there is an easy way to save all the messages related to it at once. Does anyone know if this is possible in AT&T Message Archiving?

Payment applied to incorrect account

We mailed payment for a business account, and the payment was applied to another account in our name. We now reflect a past due balance on an account we paid, and we have a credit on the account that was incorrectly involved.  How can this be corrected?
