Access to Invoices Online
Hello,
I need access to a set of accounts for company- I have been asking for this access for several months. I need access immediately. This experience has not been very businesslike.
If you cannot provide this access please respond with the reasoning why it will not be granted so I can provide this to my management staff and accounting department.

Kathy,
Have you gotten anywhere with resetting our account so we can login online? I do not know why this is such a problem to take care of. Can't our account be reset entirely so we can start over with a new login? I do not see a reason why this should takes months without a resolution.

That ticket was just created today. You told me almost 2 weeks ago a ticket was created already.. Ugh!

This is a new ticket. I am terribly sorry I understand this is frustrating. A new ticket to a different team had to be created.

Any word on this ticket? I just do not understand why our account cannot be reset and have us start over with a new login? A huge company like this should not take months to get something like this fixed. If I do not get resolution by Friday I will request that I be given the Corporate number to call to talk to someone there. I will not pay my bill if I can't see it online and if my phones get shut off there will be a problem. This is all the fault of AT&T.

Can I please get an answer on this? I feel like nobody can handle this so AT&T is just going to ignore that there is an issue until I just go away. Well what is going to happen is we will just take our service elsewhere.

Well since AT&T doesn't seem to want us as a customer we will be switching our phone service. Under no circumstances should it take well over 4 months to try and get access to our online account. I am tired of the passing of the buck should you say.

You can go ahead and cancel our ticket, we switched to a different cell phone provider since AT&T can't seem to figure out why we can't log into our account. Even trying to switch was a joke. We had a code that worked was told we had to reset it so we did, then we were told the new one didn't work. We were sent on the run around to the store because the people on the phone had no idea what they were doing. Not going to miss this provider at all. Beware!!
