Anyone having issues with payments?
I have set up a payment to be made from bank on a bill from 9/12. It says paid on web site but has not been debited. I have called 4 different phone numbers and have been transferred around. I have called the business portal number only to be put on hold then asked to leave a message and no one calls back, I have also emailed the contact support and no one replies. It is quite ridiculous.
