AT&T Customer Service S U C K S!!!
If I could ask GOD to get rid of three things in this world,
First, I will ask to take the war off this earth
Second, I will ask to take the AT&T customer services off this universe
Third, I will ask again to make sure all AT&T customer services are gone completely
They don't know what you need. Every customer service said that they were our account representative. My company has several accounts with AT&T and sometimes I could have over ten representative. It could even change few people in one week. I am begging one customer representative to hold all of our account. Nobody ever made it. They promised to come to visit you at certain time, and after a year, that person still doesn't show. Probably he has been dead because he lied to the customers. When I tried to renew my quote and gets a lower price, the customer representative will be very "nice" to you at the beginning and helped you very hard to look for a better quote. Then once you don't like the quote, he will say "well, that is the only way, and I am telling you if you don't get this price, you are not going to make it and your bill will be high forever." That is called THREATEN, not customer service. AT&T customer services play this game day by day, year by year, month by month. If one day I make it successfully switching to another provider, it might not because I like their service that much. It is simply because I hate AT&T customer service and have zero tolerance on their stupid, crazy and unprofessional "support". You guys are ruining this company definitely.

They did the same thing to me. A 10 year customer, went in for my one and only upgrade and was put on the next plan paying $950 for a cell phone. No matter how many people I talked to no one ever helped me.
On the business side, ATT had double billed for long distance and internet for 3 years. In 2014 a contract was signed for $30 per line (2 lines) and $50 for internet. After receiving a couple of $400 - $600 bills, I reviewed the contract and emails with the ATT rep, Natalia, who was to get us updated wiring for faster internet and shut off the long distance company that they had been billing for. Once over billing was discovered, it took 3 years to get partial credit. All the while having to continue to pay on accounts that I knew were wrong. Next, I received a notice that we have been sent to collections by another phone company. What ATT did was credit my account for the long distance they had been billing for another company and send the charges back to that company who had sent us to collections for the 3 years of long distance. Mind you at this point I had been on the phone for well over 100 hours with no resolve. The rep I STILL have is absolutely worthless!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Richard Rodriguez, my supposed to be rep, DOES NOT AND WILL NOT HELP ME. He just ignores me. As well as the office of the president who has given me 3 different report numbers but can not find previous reports. This is the reason people go into business and open fire. Honestly, it so much more than frustrating.
I HAVE GIVEN THEM WELL OVER $40,000 IN OVER-BILLING BULLSH... AND I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE!
I forgot to mention that ATT has the monopoly in my area. The absolute worst company EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS DAMAGED RAVENOUS COMPANY? AND WHY DO YOU FEEL THAT YOU NEED TO PILFER OUR TIME AND MONEY?

Customer Service is horrible for real now!!! I was with AT&T since 1994. Went to T-Mobile for a minute and came back because of coverage issues. Coming back and ported 5 additional lines over with the Military Discount. I have been lied time after time after time. From the store front rep to the Customer Service Rep. I even had opened a case where the rep promised to waive all of my activation fees for the 6 lines. Asked them to go back to the original recording. They waived the first three. They promised to waive the last three multiple times and then didn't follow thru. One supervisor actually threatened to take the first three credits back!!!! I was beside myself. How can reps lie to a customer, even document it in the conversations and then don't honor it. Chat ID 723491907786996000 was a online chat where it was discussed and promised it would be handled. Even to the point when I paid the balance less the portion that would be credited. When I chatting again a few days later, the online rep transferred me to a Supervisor who flat out told me they would not credit me with no real explanation, even after I present the old chat and original promise. So so disgusted with AT&T.
I wish the CEO or their SLT would do test calls as real customers and see what their reps are promising to their customers that AT&T are not honoring.... It's almost like a Bait and Switch.

So as requested by Alexis, AT&T Social Media Manager above, I sent my information that day. Still to this day, no response. Why am I not surprised???/ Has anyone ever had any help on this website by an AT&T Business Forum Administrator?

Moved from Georgia to Tennessee Nov 17th. Were still paying and getting bills from Georgia. They split our cell and home service, were paying both but still getting billed from Georgia for all the same combined services. God help me these people are DUMMER than a rock!! The guy can't understand a $179.22 bill paid after they seperated the services does equal a $400.56 late bill. He said, oh i see where you paid $185.39 cash in Oct14th, then $209 in November 2nd then $185 in Dec 10th then another $169 jan 5 keep in mind our total bill is $168 a month DUE 16TH OF EACH MONTH. never late on bills so how the H-E-L-L ATT DO I OWE YOU 400$$$.
YOU BILL A MONTH IN ADVANCE. I MOVED NOVEMBER 17TH WHY AM I STILL PAYING GEORGIA BILLS AND PAYING SEPARATE BILLS IN TENNESSEE
ATT ANSWER: you just dont understand. ATT DO THE D-A-M-N MATH YOU OWE ME MONEY. STU.PID!!@

I have spent several hours the last three days trying to set up (new internet and U Verse TV.) I have spoken to 11 people now mostly in a over seas call center, and they don't even know the down load speeds!! I do NOT know how this company stays in business. I have placed 4 orders on line all have been cancelled and the phone reps cant give you the on line discount!! Im calling back for the 12th time now and Im on eternal hold!!! After today Im going to go with a different company. I thought Cox was bad and they were a living nightmare. ATT appears to beat them, pure living h*ll!!!! No one knows what they are talking about. I was just transferred to Direct TV and then she said she couldn't help me so she transferred me back to sales and they are now closed!!!! HOW DO YOU ORDER NEW SERVICE!!!! Apparently you dont......Save yourself the trouble and go with another service provider!!!

HARROWING EXPERIENCE. SCUM OF THE EARTH.
After two years of throwing my money into the greedy volcano that is ATT's appetite and lack of ANY conscience, I cancel my service and then spend TWO WEEKS TWO WHOLE WEEKS, trying to get them to remove the charges that I did not spend--some ridiculous case of just panting restoral fees for crap that ain't there to take more money from the poor debt-burdened struggling students. I wish you a PAINFUL, SLOOOOW and devastating death. Lying, stealing and dishonest pieces of crap.

i couldnt agree more at&t is a joke and theyre dairy air are as big as they're mouths are every time att reps talk. crap comes out.
I went from post paid to prepaid and they scamed me out of 15.00 they are too big for there britches. att needs new management
