att poor customer service

Dear ATT,

I've been calling ATT more than 5 times to resolve this issue. Every time I call ATT, all agents are saying to me "You're fine. ATT will take care of this issue, it just takes some time to have updated information in our system. I am sorry." but ATT never resolved it and even ATT sent my personal information to private debt collection agency. I applied ATT UVerse internet service on Aug 31 and cancelled it on Sep 1. However, disconnection between each department of ATT made me receive ATT router around Sep 5. Even the router didn't have a return label. I had to make phone calls several times to have a return label and anyway finally returned it sometime in September. However, again disconnection between each department of ATT had me keep receiving letters that I am charged $82 for the first month of usage, which makes me very upset with it. I made phone calls again and the agent and her director advised me that they will take care of it and I can just ignore letters from ATT. But now ATT sent my personal information illegally to the debt collection agency and the agency is calling me several times a day.
If it's not resolved and I have more letters or more phone calls regarding this issue, I will take legal action with my lawyer about exposing my personal information without my permission and also take next steps about your poor customer service. Also, if the debt collection agency you hired impacts my credit score, I will take strong legal action on that.
