AT&T Visa Reward Card
I was offered an AT&T Visa Reward Card when I signed up for Uverse internet service. I received a notice in the mail instructing me to go to att.com/businessrewardcenter in order to claim the reward, but this website address keeps redirecting to att.com with no other links to claim the reward.
I also tried using the automated phone service at (866) *** to claim the reward but it keeps putting me into an endless loop and asking for my account number even after I enter the number.
I've been trying to claim the reward for a month and now the deadline is in one day. How am I supposed to claim my reward?

I have the same problem.
Also, this seems to be a recurring issue in the support forum- and the solution is always to send a private message to an employee to resolve it. It seems to me that this is by design- which is obnoxious. Just explain what really entails in getting the promotion. Don't just make it seem like a one-off error that the web page you are supposed to go to redirects to the home page.
