being charged $100 over what my bills supposed to be
We set up a Buisness account 3 months ago. According to our "in home" professional this specific buisness account type was brand new and so we were getting extra discounts for being close to the hub. it was absolute (Edited per community guidelines) jumping through hoops to get it set up. now that its set up were being over billed by $100. we were told they would be manually putting on discounts to make up for it but now the person we had contact for has completly ghosted us. weve called customer service and they wont call us back when they say they would. and are trying to tack on extra phone lines and services to make our bill go down.
anyone know how we can actually have someone contact us with out having to go through the phone lines in other countries?
