Bill

Why is my bill so high after there has been absolutely NO phone or internet usage in over a month?!!! My box has been unplugged and the internet nor the phone is in use. Before I unplugged it, my bill was roughly $78 and NOW it's over $120! What gives??!!!!!

I still intended to pay the bill although I hadn't been using the service but this is ridiculous. Somebody explain this to me, please!
