Billing during pandemic
I couldn't find anywhere that had the answer and the phone is impossible. I did get thru in late March or early April and explained that, as a contractor in sports, no work, no pay. Which means I have no income. I can't pay the bills. AT&T's current solution is a grace period at the end of which, ALL payment
is due. Let me say this again. If I'm not working, I'm not getting paid. Apparently, I'm one of the people who are getting a very late stimulus check. So, I don't have any money to pay for one month now and I still won't have any money when you want payment for 3 months worth of bills. Quite a few other entities such as banks and utilities are spreading out the money owed over upcoming payments for however much time the client thinks is necessary. I've been an AT&T customer for 15 or 20 years with an exemplary payment history. I can't be the only person in this situation, so a plan to accommodate ALL of us would be appreciated. Thank you
