BILLING FRUSTRATION
I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO OBTAIN MY SEPT AND OCTOBER AT&T INVOICES, LAST WEEK WHEN I REALIZED I HAD NOT PAID ON OUR AT&T ACCOUNT FOR SOME TIME I CONTACTED AT&T , I WAS ON THE PHONE THE FIRST TIME FOR ONE HOUR AND THE SECOND TIME JUST OVER 30 MINUTES, I DID GET THE AMOUNT THAT WE OWED AND I SENT A CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,518.47 TO COVER THE SEPT AND OCTOBER MONTHS ON ACCOUNT # 831515138-- I CAN SEE THIS CHECK CLEARED OUR BANK, BUT I AM NEEDING SEPT - OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER INVOICES, WE NEVER AGREED TO GO PAPERLESS --
PLEASE PLEASE SEND THE MISSING INVOICES ASAP.
