Billing

Our business is new to the Business Center website. Does anyone know how long it takes to get your bill loaded online?  I have talked to 6 reps, 1 rep seemed promising but I haven't been able to reach her for about a week now.

Just need the billing widget activated so I can pay online.  I have been now on hold for 40 mins trying to get an answer today :(

Not sure if service is worth the headache.
