Business land line problem
I received a letter to renew my contract rates for ATT POTS landline service by Aug 19 2023. I was not able to get through on phone number or website listed on letter. On August 17, I contacted plans and service dept and informed them I wanted to renew current rates. Representative informed me that would not be a problem. First billing cycle after that was wrong and I called back on Sept 14 and new representative really botched things . I am now on month to month rates. I did everything I was supposed to do to renew prior contract rates. I need help.
