Cancel my AT&T business account

We have been a small business premier customer for 10 years. I now need to move the lines to individual lines and cancel the business account. The problem is that I cannot reach ANYONE at At&T support line and have been trying for the last 3 days. Litteraly no one picks up. I called the personal line, and they tried to send me to someone only to be on hold for hours on end. 

 

I finally reached someone who litterally has no idea what I'm talking about and doesn't even know what the foundation account number is. This is ridiculous!!!!

I currently have the business account, and I'm trying to switch out of it, because I would like to change to the prepaid plan, and apparently I cannot have the prepaid plan if I'm on the business account.  I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 days now.  I called ATT Business and they said I cannot switch to an individual account over the phone or online, I would have to go to an ATT Corporate store.  I went to the ATT Corporate store, and they told me I need to call the Business account line... SO WHAT DO I DO???  Does anyone at ATT actually know???

Hi:

I came across this post and we are also in the same boat.

We have made changes to our business service and would like to cancel our AT&T services completely. However, we've spent coutless hours trying to speak to someone and have had no luck whatsover.

Who could we contact? Our office is in Michigan.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
