CANCEL SERVICE

I need to cancel my business wireless service. I am beyond frustrated.  I have been on the phone for over an hour, been transferred 4 times and disconnected the once.  I am getting the biggest run around here just to cancel my service but of course if it was the other way around this won't happen.

Thank you for posting on the Business Community.  If it is a new Business Account, there is a 30 days Buyers Remorse Period.  There maybe re-stocking fees for the devices purchased and you would be responsible for the plan from when you opened the account up to the day you canceled.

  • What is the process for completely cancelling an AT&T Mobile Business (Unlimited Elite) Agreement with a two-year term. It has been less than 30 days since signing up for the plan (which has only one line). Can I simply sign-up for/port over my number to new plan (whether it be with AT&T's Unlimited Elite consumer plan, or a plan with another carrier)? Please advise.
