Changes to wireless data limits negates paperless billing discount.

I've been using ATT wireless for many years, and have enjoyed the $20 paperless billing discount. I recently upped my data plan, and this change in my account apparently reset my paperless/auto billing discount.

After 20 minutes on the phone with customer support, they told me that the discount would go back into effect after 1-2 billing cycles.

SAY WHAT? Did you have to send me a paper bill? NO. Did you postpone my AutoPay? NO.

So what gives you the discretion to punish me $40 for wanting to change my data usage.

After stalling for a s long as possible, the service representative offered to credit me the $20, without any guarentee that it would be in effect next month.

So yeah, I got the $20 I was owed, but what about all the others that didn't notice, or couldn't hang on a call for 30 min.

You need to FIX this "policy". I don't think I'll wait around to see if the discount is there next month.
