Charged a restocking fee
I recently had to return a new s22+ that we defective out of the box. I sent it back after receiving approval from business support team. I was assured that there would not be any fees or charges because it was a defective device.
I have now noticed a $55 restocking fee on my bill. This is unacceptable. Why would I be charged for a defective device return and why would I have been told otherwise?
Also, when I initially made the upgrade to the ss22 I was told I would receive a $200 credit for upgrade. I need confirmation that this was actually applied to my account.
Also, I do not see my $800 trade in credit. Please confirm that this is happening.
