Contacting A Live Person
Why is it so dame hard to get a live person on the phone. ATT has the worst IVR system I have every come across and trying to get to a live person if a **bleep**ing nightmare. I call the business number is gives on the web, and I still have to answer questions as to which department I want., If I'm calling the business number, I want the **bleep**ing business department. What number do I cal to get a rea live person.
