Corporate Discount Plan - details

 

I have a corporate discount plan with a number associated with that. I know the general term of the plan in terms of the discount. However I would like to know in details what is included and what is not. And then I would like to know what options are available under this plan. So far I never got a straight answer from the salesman in the store or the online help. I believe this should be published somewhere.

A store would not have that access to that information.  Business Care might have some information but that might be limited.  A lot of the stuff is just pre-programmed in the system and there is not a document for them to read off on ever discount (especially considering the sheer number of discounts).

 

Instead of ATT have you tried going thru your company/organization/school etc, to find who manages the contract with ATT?  They should have the full agreement with ATT since the agreement was between that entity and ATT, not with the individual.  You are just riding on that agreement for free.   This is the best route, but it can take a while especially if you have a large business/organization to find the one office/individual/group that handles the agreement with ATT.

It would be nice if the specifics of your organization's discount arrangement were summarized/available within your on-line account management information.  I agree - it can be impossible to find the specifics when your association is less "direct" to begin with and also through a large organization.

 

My discount level (or specifics) seem to have recently changed, and I'd like to readily know if the discount % actually changed, or if it's that a service I recently changed/added is not discountable under our agreement.  (i.e. I moved from the $15/month unlimited data plan to the $20/month AT&T Navigator + Unlimited Data - and my overall discount declined.  So the discount % was actually changed under the agreement, or possibly unlimited data alone was discountable while the version bundled with AT&T Navigator is not.)

 

Since they show what agreement your FAN discount/Premier status is based upon, it just seems it wouldn't be all that difficult to provide a link from within OLAM to a synopsis of the current agreement details.  They must have them captured somewhere in order to make the appropriate billing changes. Smiley Sad

I work for a district that still has the corporate discount, BUT all of our emails have changed, and I need someone to make contact so I can get this updated so I can reach out to all employees.  Need updated discount information as well.
