discuss my bill

I have talked with a couple people concerning my bill amount and told if it wasnt corrected i would switch companies I have been with yall a long time and yall have been screwing me on my bill, that was paperless i might add.But still notjimg has been done to resolve this issue..No adjustments, credits changes NOTHING..And for some strange reason an internet lune was addes at 200.00 a month that was mot authorized by me.I told both people i talked to that I would not pay until something was done..So could someone please address this problem and give me a call..
