do zoom calls still show up on the costumer portal call log even if they were deleted off the recent history on the phone

Thank you for your recent posting. We appreciate your participation within the Business Community. We will be happy to help you. To view your history details on our portals you will look for the call details in the data portion of your usage/bill.

We would also like to share some more helpful information with you. You can go here: http://sm.att.com/ec91a89a to speak with Zoom Chat Support. I reached out to them as well and this is the information, they shared with us. If you have Zoom Phone activated on your account you can use the Zoom Client to view call history, including missed and answered calls. If you enable contacts integration, you can also create a new contact from a call history entry. For instructions on viewing your call history from your Zoom app, desk phone, or Zoom web portal, please click the link above and select Viewing call history and recordings.
