does ATT think it is acceptable for store employees to bully elderly customers (almost 70 yrs old 92 lbs, frail) who have medical condition
I was at one of your stores after being told by technical support that I could take my new replacement device in to be provisioned with a new sim card. Once I got there I was greeted with an obvious attitude of virtue signaling and condescension towards my age and medical condition. As if the attitude wasn't enough I was eventually told to (and this is actual quotes) to "get the (Edited per community guidelines) out of this store" + "you are old and stupid" + "you're brain cells are dead because you are too stupid to wear a mask" + "I (the employee) am going to call every store in the district to ban you". Thank you AT&T revealing the real appreciation of your customers who have the money to pay their bill for years. Obviously a 20yr old working at that position in one of your stores does not have an advanced medical degree or medical license but I do, as well as 40 yrs of practice and maintained license, but the attitude that this ignorant bully has the right and authority to tell me to wear a mask against my knowledge and the Barrington Declaration I signed with over 5000 physicians tells all about the declining profits and business of ATT. Does ATT have a bottomless pit of funds to continue paying employees when there is no business?? pretty short sighted with all the competition out there. I made a total of 7 calls the other day to get ATTtv and it was as if I had called random inmates in an insane asylum. Only 1 of the people even wanted to help me and she did not know the product, the others were obviously not motivated and I ended up going with a totally different service. At this rate I will be looking to relocate all my business with a company who values my business.

AT&T doesn't value anyone. Our phones at work have been down for 3 days and they just keep passing the buck. We'll be right with you to assist you, but then never do. This is what happens when a few huge companies control all our phone and internet servcies. They know you only have a few options, and the other ones aren't great either, and that's why they don't care, because their really isn't much competition forcing them to.
