End-customer wants ATT West to remove old/abandoned ATT/SBC/PacBell equipment from MPOE (e.g., NIU, CSU/DSU, etc.)
We have an end-customer who wants to clear space in their MPOE and asked us to have ATT "purge" the MPOE of any/all old, obsolete, abandoned equipment to de-clutter the space. For example, the old T1 NIU was replced by fiber and is no longer in use. Plus a variety of other LEC equipment that has been abandoned over the years. Work center is Salinas, CA 93905. Please direct me (or my request) to the appropriate contact(s)?

Hi @Chris
I provided the end-customer contact for the Engineer to engage. I have not been contacted by either the engineer or end-customer. I presume they'll work things out! Thanks -RH

Hello @rhammond,
My apologies, I did send that end-users information to the engineer. Did you get confirmation he was contacted? Did you get the engineers contact by someone else?

A local OSP design engineer is in direct contact with the end-customer, and I believe they are moving forward with the request. Thank you for your assistance.
