Fiber disconnect witout notice
My business fiber was shut off yesterday without notice. I have been on the phone, on chat, and sent e-mails to find out what the blast is going on. I have been bounced around, put on hold, cut off and still after over 4 hours don't know what is going on. Does anyone have an ombudsman number or someway to actually get someone who can help? I am so frustrated that I have filed complaints with the CPUC and BBB. It should not take over 4 hours on the phone to get this issue resolved. I am about to pull the equipment out of the church and leave it on the doorsteps of the main switch building which is literally accross the street. Thanks $800+ a month for zero customer service is frustrating.
