Final bill
I am having trouble getting clarification on my final bill dated Dec 1, 2022. I transferred my service on Nov 22, 2022 to a different carrier but am still being charged for services/equipment that should have been paid off. My current bill dated Dec 1, 2022 includes charges of what looks to be from Dec 1- Jan 2 totaling over $400. Equipment should have been paid off per chat conversation I had with an AT&T agent. I printed out our conversation. They have now sent me to collections and they could not and would not explain to me the charges.
I pay my bills on time. I have not paid because I cannot get clarification from AT&T or the collectors. I need help before this hits my credit. Any suggestions?
