FirstNet is terrible time for lawsuit

I am a Police Supervisor and like many of you here, was conned to switch from Verizon. What a mistake. FirstNet is to have better connectivity, yet my FirstNet phone has one service bar and my wife’s Verizon full bars. How is that a service for first responders? If that isn’t bad enough since August I have been unable to access my account online and have to call every month to pay my bill. I have not seen my usage balance or anything. I can’t believe a (Edited per community guidelines) has not began yet. Today was on the phone for 1:20(one hour twenty minutes). Asked to speak to supervisor got the run around and at 12:40pm I was disconnected. I’m done. Let’s see if they can make it better for any of us. Maybe refund us for the service we have paid, let us out of the contract, and they can take back their phone.
