Having Trouble Transferring Billing Responsibility
I have a business account. Last week I transferred billing responsibility for my own wireless plan to be linked with the business account. I am trying to transfer billing responsibility for my wife's wireless plan to my linked accounts. I am getting an error: "You can't move your line from a new account number to an old account number." It won't let me complete the process. I called into customer service and they said they can't even find my business account number.
