Hotel phone not working

I work at a hotel, and we have one room that does not get a dial tone, or accepts any calls at all.  I have called every number I have been given. 1-800-288-2474 is one I have been given 4 times and the number is just an automated voice that sends you in circles and at the end tells you to call the number that I reached to get this automated voice.  When I actually speak to someone they once again give me this number, when I explain I have this number they just transfer me to someone else and the cycle starts over again.  How do I get a tech to come and check this room out?  We have changed the jack and everything in our power in that room and nothing.
