HOW DO I CANCEL MY AT&T BUSINESS LAND LINES
Re: AT&T account number *****. As of July 31st when I tried to cancel, I had a zero balance and will not pay a penny more. The two AT&T numbers I had were ported over to Spectrum. On Friday, July 24th, Spectrum came to our salon, set up, and tested both lines, and the internet. All worked well. I waited a week to ensure that the Spectrum installation was stable. It was, so I called AT&T and it took 25 minutes to get to the first rep. He said he would transfer me to the business rep, so then I waited again for the business rep. Once on the line, he told me I had to wait 2-4 weeks for the AT&T lines to be ported and then I could cancel my account. More than once, I told him the lines were already ported and I was already set up with Spectrum, so I just need to cancel my AT&T account. He kept repeating the 2-4 week wait to port, so I got fed up and demanded to speak to his manager. I took a screen shot of my call at 55 minutes. After another 20 minutes of frustration, I hung up. WILL SOMEONE GET TO THE PERSON WHO CAN CANEL MY ACCOUNT'! and email me that it has been cancelled. ********
