How do I change the name on our account when an employee has left the company?

An employee initiated the account for our business, but that person has left.  The account is still associated with their old name and email address.  I don't see a place online to update this information.  Anyone?

yes, we have the same issue. the originator of the account has exited the company more than 2 years ago, and we have attempted to work with ATT, but they claim, there is nothing they can help us with. We are unable to even receive billing statements without the 4 digit code which was setup 3-4 years ago. 3, or more generations of Directors.. what do we do?
