How do we change the Business Account Manager?

Hi AT&T, 

I am having issues and having trouble viewing/adding to our tickets in the businessdirect webpage, it seems to require a login now.

However the person who I believe was the official manager of our Account is no longer working here.

How do we go about re-assigning a new account manager?
