How to complain to corporate due to disgusting negligence and constant lies from AT&T customer service

I am a customer of over 10 years who recently had HAD IT with AT&T customer service. Are these people trained to lie? Hang up? Transfer you from one person to another? Impersonate a manager so you won’t make a complain? I have 5 names and employee IDs I need reported. I have been trying to get a new router for 3 WEEKS and it has affected my Business, my money my comfort. If something HUGE is not done I’ll be cancelling all 3 phones internet and TV and going back to comcast & T-Mobile who NEVER in a million years crapped on me like AT&T has lately.

as of now, nothing. I’ve responded to the board - I left a message for someone who sent an email. Also sent the email with the details they asked for. As of yet, no response through phone email or the board. Incredible.

Hello Lisa and @Ag16126!

I do hope that you are having a great start to your day...

I thought I would just check in to see if there has been any communication re: Ag's inquiry and/or regarding my (separate) inquiry....

It has been 24-48 hours....and I've not heard any more on this topic or on my topic....

In the meantime I've received an "Important Letter Regarding Your Account" from Alf Gonzales - AT&T Director....stating "You deserve our best....and we may be able to offer you a better plan, and more importantly - some savings on your current services."

Is it possible for me to speak with Alf Gonzales - so that we can get this worked out, after 6 long months, please? I truly just wish to speak to someone who can get us a straight answer and a simple/basic service, and at a simple/basic fee.

Please advise...was really hopeful that this forum would finally get our plight some much needed attention....
