How to complain to corporate due to disgusting negligence and constant lies from AT&T customer service
I am a customer of over 10 years who recently had HAD IT with AT&T customer service. Are these people trained to lie? Hang up? Transfer you from one person to another? Impersonate a manager so you won’t make a complain? I have 5 names and employee IDs I need reported. I have been trying to get a new router for 3 WEEKS and it has affected my Business, my money my comfort. If something HUGE is not done I’ll be cancelling all 3 phones internet and TV and going back to comcast & T-Mobile who NEVER in a million years crapped on me like AT&T has lately.

@Ag16126 will be anxious to hear if you are able to receive a fair and reasonable response/solution. I've been waiting for many months on updated services...and it's still not right.
