Long Time Customer Reward?
I own a business and have been a loyal AT&T customer for at lease 25 years. I have three land-lines, three cell phones, internet service, website service and am a DTV customer. So during this time of pandemic with businesses like mine shut down you reward me by jumping up my bill by $50 a month. THANKS FOR NOTHING! I am constantly bombarded by AT&T sales calls from NON-AT&T employees who ALWAYS promise me reduced costs but NEVER deliver. I will give you credit for the fact that when I do have trouble with my service it does get resolved fairly quickly - too bad your marketing department doesn't have that same kind of service and honesty.
