Missing billing statements

Hello, apparently my account was moved from the Premier website to the Small Business website and now I had a bill payment due, which I paid online, but there are no billing statements to back that up.  When I go to the billing section of the Small Business website, it states that my first bill hasn't arrived yet.  I am unable to access the Premier website any longer.  How do I get the last two months of billing statements?
