MY business phone bill doubled and I can not contact anyone to find out how to have it fixed! I have called but get disconnected while waiti

MY phone bill doubled and I can not contact anyone to find out how to have it fixed! I have called twice and waited on hold for over 20 min only to have the call disconnected from your end. I need to get this corrected so I can pay my bill.
