need EMEI number on invoice for final invoice showing the payoff of phone
The .pdf invoice that I received from AT&T for the payoff of a Samsung Galaxy business cell phone is NOT sufficient to get repairs on my Samsung Galaxy A13.
AT&T's invoice/bill of sale showing full payment does not include the IMEI number of this phone. It has the phone number, however this is not sufficient for a phone manufacturer! Any invoice must list device name, IMEI/serial number, phone number, date of purchase and mention paid in full for Samsung to authorize a repair of the phone and be in .pdf format.
The email for AT&T services email that sent the incorrect invoice does not accept a reply and bounces back. Have spent over 3 hours addressing this need with customer service on various calls and have lost interest in continuing business with ATT as a result. Customer service is only interested in selling a new phone not attending to those phones of those already purchased.
How can this AT&T wireless business issue be resolved?
