No Response for local AT&T Rep
I've been emailing and calling my local Rhode Island rep since March 3rd. I have many issues on my account I need fixed and he's completely unresponsive.
Tech support has screwed up my account 3 times now. This is why we have a local rep to deal with multi line issues.
We have 13 lines, been with AT&T wireless for 20 years. I've been the mind of "It'll take more of an effort to move to another carrier"...but I'm here...searching for answers on a support forum. Hopefully someone can offer some assistance.
