Out going Caller ID Incorrect
We have a buisness account with multiple lines. We were supposed to have each line show the person's name, but it still shows the name of business when calling from these lines. It shows the correct names when I log into the account with each line, but does not actually show the correct name when calling from these phone numbers. How do I get this fixed?
