Over Billing

For over 2 years my business has been charged $6.08 per minute by ATT long distance. So far I have over charged in excess of $39,000. I am current on the phone with ATT and have been for the last 3 hours. This is an exercise I have repeated at least weekly for over 2 years with no satisfaction. As I type I was just transferred by Eunice to phone 877 286 0200 and then a recording ended the call. Any help would be appreciated.

Our most recent direct interaction was with Regional Sales Manager Courtney McFadden, National Sales-Midwest. She visited our business on 10/27. We were very encouraged and were told she would get back with us in 2-3 days. She has since gone dark. We have left voice mails and e-mails daily with no reply. We then reached out to Regional Vice Pres. David Palumbo, who we were told is Ms. McFaddens boss, no response. We have also communicated with Alicha, Maria, Dwayne, Julian, Isaac, Armondo, Eva, Flavio, Ms. Forest, just to name a few, to no avail. Why won't your company respond and solve this problem. Do not mark this as private.
