Overbilling and bad customer service
I was charged in error for international data roaming (I had enabled an international data plan before my trip). I called AT&T, they fixed it and refunded me the money. No problem!
Then:
- a month later they re-charged me that amount.
- I’ve called in multiple times and gotten phone reps who can’t help and won’t escalate to a manager.
- I disputed the charge via my credit card, and AT&T rebutted it, but with no actual information about why I was re-charged.
- I called in today and got a rep who hung up on me because she had technical difficulties.
- I’ve filed a Better Business Bureau complaint.
