Paperless billing sign-up reward

I signed up for paperless billing when I was offered a $50 restaurant.com gift card.  I was told I had to complete 3 full months of paperless billing so I have waited patiently.  I just received information about a $10 gift card as a reward for my going paperless.  What happened to the $50 reward from Restaurants.com?

You all had said the same thing to me, that you would assist me in my
issue, and nothing was ever resolved. I have waited since February. I even
have the email to prove that you all sent the $50 promotion for when we
sign up for auto draft.

IT'S A SCAM!!!!! Don't do it!! 

This is a scam!! they are doing this to get you to set up auto bill pay so that they are guarantee their payment.  

In December, I set up my account.  Soon after, I received an email about this promotion.  I immediately set it up then followed through with a phone call to inquire on how to redeem this gift card.  I was told that I had to wait 2-3 payments in so that it would be activated.  This meant I should receive it in March.  On March 15, I called, only to find out my account was set up in correctly so after 3 hours they finally fixed it.  At that point, I was told that I would be receiving the gift card by April 30.  Well, guess what, no gift card so I called on May 1.  I was told that I should of received it around April 15-26. That didn't happen so they told me they would re-issue it and that I should be receiving it within the next 2-3 weeks. Well, guess what, no gift card so I called on June 23, and was told that they did not know anything about a promotional restaurant gift card and to call help.restaurant.com.  Of course, they referred me back to AT&T. I called today and was told like everyone else that the promotion had expired.  The manager stated that they tried to put it into the system on May 2, meaning after my May 1 phone call, but that it was too late so there was nothing they could do for me.  I'm going to try and post it everywhere I can to let others know it's a SCAM!!!

Please help -
I also signed up for this reward in March it is now August my newest payment has been auto drafted once again and still no reward card as promised. Please contact me as well to correct this problem for a 15+ years AT&T customer
