Porting Issues
AT&T contacted me and said they were discontinuing Collaborative Service and requested that I get a AT&T Office at Hand account. I did as requested and AT&T said that I needed to transfer my numbers over from AT&T collaborative to office@hand. I do not understand why AT&T could not accomplish that for me but I did as requested. AT&T office@hand informs me after a month of trying that they could not get AT&T Collaborative to transfer the numbers due to a billing mismatch. There is no billing mismatch as both AT&T and AT&T office@hand have the same information.
I ended up talking to someone from India who said that all he could do is fill out a report which was the claim request shown above., I got a message from AT&T Global Resolutins which said they would get back to me in two months.
Is there any one competent at AT&T who I can talk to that can solve my issues or do I need to drop AT&T and sue AT&T for damages I incurred?
