My company has a credit balance on my AT&T Club service. They continue to send me invoice with the credit on. I was told back in October 2021 that I would receive by refund with 15 business days. Every time I call the number on my invoice, they say they can't help me and I get transferred 5 times and sometimes back to the same people before I get disconnected. I need to know who I can talk to about getting the refund since we no longer have this services. I ask these question over a week ago and I got a reply from AT&T automated Malibox by email donotreply, so how was I suppose to give the informatin to AT&T?
