Resolve a billing issue
I have my Business Account and a separate Wireless Account. On one of the wireless numbers on my wireless account, the person died. I contacted ATT and cancelled the wireless number. I have just discovered that the wireless number was NOT deleted but transferred to my Business Account. I have been being charges just under $199 per month on a deleted number when not one phone call has been made because the person died in 2009. I have been billed nearly $100 per month for 9 years and 2 months. When talking to a rep on the phone I keep getting the business rep insists on referring me to the wireless rep and the wireless rep insists I do not have that wireless number. Then when I get a little upset, I am told they will look into it and I never hear from them again. PLEASE resolve this issue ASAP. I cannot even get ATT to stop billing me for a phone that has not made a call in over 9 years. If I have to, I will go to court to recover my $2,260.90. THANK YOU!
