Support for Business Club Billing

I have a business account for multiple locations.  My bill is a Club Bill - one invoice for all locations.  There are charges on my bill that should not be there and our account rep will not respond.  Who can I talk to?

I am in a similar situation as the user above. My service was disconnected for two lines on a Club Bill and I cannot get anyone on the phone who can help get them reconnected. Who can I talk to?
